    • Contact Us:<\/strong> Please contact our customer support team within 1 day of receiving your order. You can reach us at sales@windigosigns.com. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and attach the photos, videos, etc. that you took.<\/li>
    • Replacement or Refund:<\/strong> Once we receive the necessary information and documentation, we will work quickly to resolve the issue. We may offer a replacement for the damaged items or provide a refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.<\/li>
    • Freight Shipments:<\/strong> When your order arrives inspect it closely. Review the Bill of Laden \/ Packing List. Do not sign off on the drivers documentation without inspecting the shipment. Notify the driver immediately if any contents are missing and document all damage with photos and videos and notations on the freight company documents. Get the driver to acknowledge the damage and sign the document\u00a0 and make a copy for your records. Claims may Include but are not limited to damaged boxes, missing items, pallet damage, dents, holes, etc. If you sign off without an inspection and you do not notify the driver, the claims process will be difficult after the fact and you may not be covered and your claim may be denied.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
